Nobel Prize

The Nobel Prizes are being announced this week, which I hope that most of you already know. The most important one was announced today; the one in physics. The winners Perlmutter, Schmidt and Riess won "for the discovery of the accelerating expansion of the Universe through observations of distant supernovae". You can read more about it here.
