We followed the paths through the forest to several different beaches on the third full day we spent in Ilha Grande.

Below are some pictures from a beach called Lopes Mendes.This beach was really long and but almost deserted, since it was a long walk to get there. There were boat tours going here as well, but they arrived after we had left the beach.
We saw a cactus or two.
These pictures with rocks are from a beach called Santo Antonio. It was nice with some rocks on the beach after all the sand beaches we visited everywhere else. This beach was also much smaller and with only a few people, so it felt a bit more private and exclusive.
The paths were sometimes narrow and sometimes wider, often with a lot of roots everywhere.
