Curitiba - parks

There are a lot of parks in and around Curitiba and there is a bus that runs to all of them, so it's quite easy to visit them. 

The pictures above are from one of the parks - Tangua - with a small lake, whereas the pictures below are from the botanical gardens.

The Capivara below was enjoying itself together with a bunch of friends in one of the parks.

The Brazilians really like barbecues, especially in the south. The small huts in the picture above are barbecues that were set up for common use in of the parks. I sat down and enjoyed an ice cream instead.

There is a nice park - Passeio Publico - in the middle of the city. It's almost like a little zoo with a lot of different animals. They mainly had different birds, as you can see in the pictures below.
